I am interested in a few firearms
    -Colt 6920
    -M1A
    -Mosin Nagant
    -M1 garand

From what I have read it seems that the M1 garand is exempt from the ban. Is the mosin nagant also exempt? I assume the 6920 and m1a are banned?

Mosin Nagant is top of the ban list. Won't even be grandfathered.
It has something to do with it being a commie military gun with a huge scary bayonet, plus it can shoot down satellites in orbit.

Anyway, if you want one, get it quick, but you better bury it in your backyard before October 1, because the confiscation begins October 2.

    M1A will be banned.

Mosin is a Bolt. Only Semi Autos are banned.

Colt 6920... I don't know which version that is but if its not the HBAR, its banned.

Garand is good. So is the Mini 14 (none folding stock) and M1 Carbine.

Since the m1 garand and mosin are exempt from the assault list. Does this mean I can buy one unregulated? Just cash and carry or am I dreaming?

What? Mini 14 is OK? No one tell them what that is!

They ignored the one gun used in one of the worst single mass shooting in the world? Are you kidding?

NOPE! This bill (SB281) has nothing to do with public safety, "assault weapons", or lethality. It does nothing to prevent real criminals or the mentally disturbed from gaining access to deadly weapons. It's a feel good bill.

My SG-43 is "OK" under the ban.

Think of the drive by shooting potential!!!
