Just submitted my request. The serial number on mine is worn off so I put down unreadable for the serial. This unit was manufactured in 2008. Fingers crossed it gets approved.
Is Eotech even going to be around after this?
It's been 6 weeks since they received my optic and nary a word from them. I'm leery of sending my other one back until I get a check for the 1st one.
Refund requests that have been returned can now be tracked thru our refund call center.
