    Just submitted my request. The serial number on mine is worn off so I put down unreadable for the serial. This unit was manufactured in 2008. Fingers crossed it gets approved.

    Mine was shipped back and USPS shows it as being delivered 1/28/16. Have not yet gotten a confirmation email from EOTech that they have recieved it or are processing it.

    Finally decided to request the RMA.

    Request sent on 2/21/16
    Authorization received 2/22/16
    Shipped 2/22/16 USPS Priority Mail insured

    Now I wait. :sad20:

    I have USPS confirmation they received it 1/23/16 No word from them yet.

    It's been 6 weeks since they received my optic and nary a word from them. I'm leery of sending my other one back until I get a check for the 1st one.

    Took eight weeks to get my check. Give it time. The wait sucks but contacting them too early to rattle the cage might make it take longer.

    From EOTech support today in response to an email that I sent last night (impressive) ...

    Refund requests that have been returned can now be tracked thru our refund call center.



    Refunds can take up to 12 weeks.

    I sent 3 sights back to them a few weeks ago. Yesterday I received this email from them.

    Dear Customer,

    Your return has been received and reviewed at the refund center, and is now being processed for payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your payment to arrive. You may check on your refund status after that time by contacting us at refundsupport@eotechrefunds.com or by phone at 1-888-952-9092.

    I haven't received an email about the two sights I sent back a month and a half ago. Now I'm worried. USPS showed the package was delivered to them.
