depends.Does an AK-47 without a stock qualify as a pistol?
If It was first built as a rifle, taking the stock off makes it a SBR (as it'll likely be under 26" OAL). If it started as a pistol, that you later put a stock on to make a rifle (or SBR depending on barrel length and OAL), then taking the stock back off converts it back into a pistol.Like if the stock was magically replaced by an arm brace....

What I meant to ask was if built from scratch, without a stock. It would be a pistol correct?
What are they sitting on? It looks like a bunch of 1x boards glued together and it looks awesome.
