Non LEO guy (doesn't matter tho) rolled up into Starbucks picking up an order. Open carry and bellied right at the counter waiting.
Nothing stopping a bad guy smashing his face down into the counter.
When he walked in he didn't look around, assess anything.
    Easy target.

He could have backed up against the wall waiting. There would have at least been a position a advantage.

Don't open carry and don't be this guy. But people will.

    I couldn't be that guy.
Too young, too much hair (and fvcked up hair), going to Starbucks, fish belly/corpse pale and open carrying in public.

Honestly I don't see the issue here....
I'm starting to see more and more people open carry in Maryland and I think that's a good thing....

A little cringe maybe, especially with the "Is that a cop?" haircut.

I think the worst cringe for me is when I walked into Freestate recently-ish to check out their inventory and I couldn't tell if some of the employees were about to play airsoft or if they were kitted up in battle belts, level 69 safariland duty holster, multiple extra mag pouches and various other belt accessories for something...

Compared to when I walk into a gun shop way up my way in Harford and you can just assume they are (concealed) carrying
