The gospel according to Jeff!
This must be Good News Saturday:
DE follows MD example and DE anti-gun bills are dying:

We Will Not Comply, and DE won’t either.
2 DE Dems voted against 3 anti-gun owner bills in committee that has 4-2 Dem majority!
DE Dems and Red Mommies apoplectic; Bloomberg astroturf orgs are being outed as Fake News.
Red Mommies are seen as ignorant NPCs behind their lying spokeswomen with their home brew Fake Facks:
Great news. My faith in Delaware is restored. Worried they may go anti-2A before I retire there. The ability to get a CCW is a big part of why DE is on my retirement short list. Hope this doesn't change
I agree with you about the ability to get a ccw in DE is a major reason why I want to move to DE when my wife retires but in case the leaning left liberal state wreckers anti 2a mommys win its always good to have a backup plan just in case. Taking a hard look at western NC as well at a place called Hendersonville which is south of Ashville about 30 miles from it and Henderson County sits on the boarder with SC as well.
Sounds like a great place, and I agree that unfortunately the state is slowly headed down the same path as MD. My problem is that #1 the wife (and me too) wants to stay somewhat close to central and eastern MD due to family primarily living there and #2 we are beach/water people and we MUST be on the water and relatively close to a beach.
Put those two together and it makes NC unlikely for us. My in-laws lived on the NC shore, not far from Myrtle Beach and loved it. But now they are moving back up here for the same reason (#1). NC is a great state and for a firearms perspective very unlikely to go full-on lib like DE and VA may in the near future.
I agree with you and my wife loves Rehoboth Beach since every summer when she was little and in her younger days her family would spend anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month down their in a condo they used to own, they sold it dang it!,and she really loves the place so i might have to rethink plan b but I did point out to her that Myrtle Beach is only 280 miles from Hendersonville, which would be like driving to Rehoboth and back so she said she would think about it, which means forget it bud in female speak, but it looks a trip back to Hendersonville again during the summer and point out to her how much cooler it is in the Mountains then it would be by the beach during the summer. One thing that I really like about NC is North Carolina exempts all Social Security retirement benefits from income taxes. Other forms of retirement income are taxed at the North Carolina flat income tax rate of 5.499%. The state’s property and sales taxes are both moderate and since would be getting a federal pension that is still not bad tax wise at all. So in the mean time.....:
