Doesn't it seem just a bit elitist that this prick that works FOR the citizens of the state gets to dictate the date and time the serfs and plebes have to submit their comments by? You sanctimonious .....Tell 'em what you think

I've met the little guy. He's only about 5ft. tall, kind of like a ventriloquist dummy. He's a nice guy, a go-along-to-get-along sort of feller, and under the spell of Joe Bite-me I'm sure.

Thanks for the update. From DSSA FB page:
Today, the State defendants showed up with 15 staff and two witnesses, who were being paid $1600 a day.
We came with three and the weight of the United States, Constitution and the Supreme Court’s ruling in Bruen.
The judge came extremely well prepared, having read all of the filed pleadings. We believe that today went well and that our case was made and points received by the judge. He was very fair in his line of questioning and control of the hearing, and did not tip his hat, as to how he may rule.
That said, he did end with the acknowledgment that he needs to make a ruling sooner than later, but no date for an order was set.
We'll be sure to keep posting updates as things move forward. Following the case here: https://dssa.us/semi-auto-magazine-ban-case/
