They are consistent. My dates are the same as yours for sent, cashed, approved and received and the examiner. I went pending on 05/07/2013. I had three form 1s on a trust.

What are you building? All 3 of mine were SBR AR's. A 11.5 5.56, an 8" 300 blk and a 5" 9mm.

I'm now approved to make another .223 silencer, a 12" AK SBR, and a 10" SBS side by side. Should have the shotgun done tomorrow.

I went with the hammerless Baikal MP220. I finished the "fun" parts today: Engraving, chop wood, chop barrel. Got to do the cleanup now, but its coming along nicely.

Per the nice ATF lady, ETA is 9 months from the 'in process' date.

Assuming that "in process" means "pending," something strange happened here. One of mine was mailed on 5/24, check cashed 5/31, and pending on 7/24 (two months before the one you mailed before me!).

God, I hate the randomness of this process.

Got an email from my Class 3 Dealer. Arrived in todays mail.
Total Process 13.5 months.
That is just retarded to buy a stupid suppressor.

Yep. I made the mistake of buying my first can from a dealer that didn't have it in stock at the time. Never again.
