just got three disapprovals back. PS 90 SBR, UZI SBR and MKE 94 SBR(MP5 clone). They all said "MD State law assault weapon prohibited".

Got my stamp today.

LWRC 10.5"bbl (29.5" OAL) ordered from LWRC end of September. It arrived at my dealer in January and we submitted the Form 4 via eform (trust) on January 23. Approved today by Sean Cook.

well that's inspiring. my lower sbr is going to be on an engage e4 lower as well.

we'll see if the NDS-1KP and NDS-2SF make it through....maybe they're only looking for "ar-15" as something to deny?

It looks like they may be picking up the pace. It took 10 months for my last couple of stamps, only 8.5 months for this one. Hopefully this trend continues.

I still have a couple paper Form 1's pending that were submitted and checks cashed pre-Oct. 1st that were <29" in OAL. I'll let everyone know if they come back approved or not. The two post-Oct. 1st eform Form 1's that I submitted were also <29" in OAL, both were disapproved.

I have a paper form in around the same time you do. I wonder if they're just getting the e-forms out of the way and holding off on paper?

I got an "approved" email for a form 1 SBR on May 24.

Post 10/1 Colt HBAR and greater than 29" OAL (10.5 barrel)

It was submitted February 21 2014.
