    Certainly a misleading title. The contaminated water is not being dumped into the Bay, its being processed. Any concerns should be addressed to the adequacy of treatment.

    The city pulled a fast one and changed their discharge permit to stop it. All the local politicians rejoiced on Facebook.

    Nothing like making an agreement with a governmental entity subject to change whenever its politically expedient
