Yep, more apartment housing, supposed to market rate for families with businesses on the bottom level.

Yep it has changed beyond recognition. Grew up in CP in the Daniels Park area. Moved there when I was 8 or so. The old streetcar tracks were still there on what is now Rhode Island Ave. Went to Berwyn El, which is long gone. Had great memories growing up there and then ironically worked that area when I became an LEO. yeah, I was on Rt 1 when the students blocked the road, not so fun days. But always loved driving through the campus in the spring! Used to go to a turkey shoot behind the old La Conga club on Rt 1 across from Indian Lane. Yes, I know i'm old. Oh yeah and practiced golf at the driving range on Rt 1 where the Beltway is now.

Watch out for speed cameras on Rt 1/college park. Apparently, there are 25mph limits there and they have speed cameras. I found out the expensive way! I didn’t see any posted signs but it was dark and not well lit.

****Yea. This. Remarkable how slow that one section is set at with the multiple speed cameras. I'm all for safety and not speeding but that one section I was on could easily have a 35 mph zone and be just fine as it has great visibility, etc...
