Perhaps. But isn't that the point of concealed carry... to increase the number of shootings?
Remember, not all shootings are bad.
Perhaps they are "highly trained," but according to the stats, LEO's have a MUCH higher error rate (i.e., shoot the wrong person) than civilians. Just sayin'
