Paperwork mailed March 25. I am a small business owner and work a lot in Balt. City and various other areas that are not so great. Also make bank deposits weekly. I have spoken with her 3 separate times,the initial contact then she forgot to ask if I was married and today about my initial MSP handgun training course card and if I took the proficiency test,which I told her I couldn't take.
