I emailed sarco a week or two ago. I was also interested in a Star B. I got the response that they will not sell any C&R firearm to a Maryland resident without going through an 01FFL.
Besides the Star B, I had a list of parts and things that I was going to order. Took all of my business to other dealers. I don't even open the Sarco web page anymore. If I ever find myself near Easton, I will be sure to drive right past their place without even slowing down.
