    The Constitution is sacred. Like the 10 commandments. There is a rank order of importance. The 1st amendment gives us the right to say what we want here. The 2nd amendment is to protect that right from tyranny.

    Violation of the Constitution is a crime. Any so called exec order is false, if it go against the Constitution.

    In 1776, our new nation had no Navy and no Army. The State's Militias (cadre of volunteers willing to defend the nation when called) was the sole means of defending our nation, and personally owned firearms were necessary to make this happen. I think that this explains the wording in the Constitution.
