    I'm so confused...

If my friend takes an 80% kit AR-15 LOWER to the buyback: 1) Does she get $150 as a semi-automatic rifle; Or, 2) Does she get $50 as an unserialized gun.

    Asking for a friend...

Tell your friend to scratch some numbers on it. Before the new rules about serial numbers they could be anything you wanted them to be applied in any manner you choose.

*****Ok, do you care if it also has a suppressor? Some of them don't come off easy due to how they are attached, and they make the firearm longer so you'd need a longer gun case to transport them - thankfully you can get some cases for about $50 or so, unless you want the fancy ones with the fish eating bird on it that has the long snout. The suppressors get really hot too if you fire full auto, so you might need to budget an oven mitt, or borrow one from the wife if she has a spare.

For $250, you need to make sure you aren't overpaying and are getting your monies worth as ammo is expensive these days.

I will take on the burden of the suppressors. It's a lot to ask

The exchange will be anonymous, with no questions asked. Here is the breakdown of what the different valued gift cards are for:
    • $50 - High capacity magazines, non-functioning weapons or weapons without serial numbers
    • $100 - Revolvers, pump action weapons or bolt action weapons
    • $150 - Semi-automatic weapons
    • $200 - Fully-automatic weapons
The maximum number of guns that can be exchanged is two per vehicle; if the weapon does not have a serial number, then the limit is one.
