2 pallets will fit in an 8’ bed
6.5' bed. With a toolbox. But I did put a pallet of 9mm in it a few years ago. And it's had ammo cans (full) from front to back and side two side two deep with tripods stacked on top when I went shooting with the guys. It handles the weight fine. Definitely fat chick rated.

This is where they acknowledge that a 30 round AR clipazine isn’t “high capacity”, and deny your claim. They’ll use our own argument against us. Your 17 round Glock mag isn’t more than a “standard capacity mag”, unless you can prove that it self-identifies as a 33 rounder.

So take in those 33rd. Korean Glock mag knockoffs that are only good for training so you can clear malfs.

Print out a copy of the flyer and put it in your records so when they come and ask you for your guns you can say you turned them in at this event. If you loose them in a boating accident they may claim you should have reported them lost/stolen but no requirement to report something turned in to an anonymous buy back. And if they claim they have no record of that type of gun being turned in say "Some dam cop must have grabbed it for his personal collection."

Seems someone didn't check their details before posting either on Facebook or the County website. The BCoPD website shows $200 per Full-Auto weapon. The Drumcastle center is near the city/county line on York rd across from Wells liquors. Guess they are trying to entice some city residents to turn in their guns.

    ORIGINAL APRIL 6, 2023

The Baltimore County Police Department (BCoPD) and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Baltimore County Chapter, in partnership with the Kingdom Worship Center and Brooks Clinton Funeral Service, will jointly host a firearm buyback event to keep unwanted firearms out of communities and to help prevent criminals from accessing dangerous weapons.
The first-of-its-kind event in Baltimore County will be held on Saturday April 15, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Drumcastle Government Center (6401 York Road Baltimore, MD 21212).
“The Baltimore County NAACP is dedicated to joining forces with the community to remove firearms and related firearm supplies. Working together we can see the statistics and compare data to try to make improvements and to see the impact it has in our communities,” said NAACP Branch #7010 President Danita Tolson. “We want to work with other community partners, police, churches, and youth to reduce the firearms on the streets, reduce crime and save lives. We need everyone’s help to make the communities safer. Help us make the Baltimore region better and safer for all.”
The collection of firearms will be facilitated and managed by BCoPD. Recovered firearms will be collected by BCoPD, transported offsite, analyzed, and ultimately destroyed if found not to be connected to criminal activity.
All submission of firearms will recorded as anonymous.
Individuals will able to exchange unwanted firearms for gift cards for the below amounts:
    • Full-Automatic Weapons: $200
    • Semi-Automatic Weapons: $150
    • Revolvers, Pump Action Weapons, or Bolt Action Weapons: $100
    • High-Capacity Magazines, Non-functioning Weapons, or Weapons without Serial Numbers: $50
    Firearms should be brought unloaded.
For more information, community members may contact the Baltimore County Police Department Western Patrol Commander's Office at 410-887-4695.

A few years ago in Seattle the police tried to do a gun buyback. An FFL set up a table across from the police and offered $50 more per weapon and everyone was going to him.
