Mine is on a Form 1, not a Form 4...so no roster ridiculousness should apply. I also have the 77r from when I bought ti pre 10-1. I can't 77r it to the trust, so there's no transfer going on as the trustee (me) possess this item pre-NFA anyhow. The NFA item is owned by my trust, which is represented by me...so I really fail to see how they could argue a transfer is going on given current trust law in MD.

Oh OK, thought it was a Form 4. My mistake

Have you done this yourself before? If so, are there any specifics? Can someone just call the MSP Licensing Division for this request, or does it have to be done more formally through the mail?

All of the requests were done via mail by customers. They provided Make, Model, and Serial # along with the dealer purchased from. These requests were on a typed form that was notarized. They received a white photocopy of the 77r about 1-2 months from the date it was mailed.

Last one I saw was about 2 years ago.

They are not going to give info like that over the phone.

Took her home today. 10.5"bbl LWRC M6, 29.5" OAL. Ordered it in September, applied for stamp in January 23, approved May 27.
