    Whole lotta derp going on with this. You can see it's not in the same plane in the photo. There are probably unlimited options on how to fix this. Risers will work but are ghetto, new gas block is probably the best option, taller front sight but then don't have a matched set unless you buy the rear sight as well = $$, or just get a red dot and skip the irons. Gas blocks are cheap and easy to swap but you need the right tools, punches, vice block, roll pin for when you lose the first one, new crush washer, and a wrench for the muzzle device.
    Either way a polymer front sight on a gas block rail is probably not going to last long. Riser may allow for enough heat disappation if the fire rate is not crazy and sustained. At a bear minimum cheapest and easiest way is to get new metal sights meant for that set up or a red dot.
