While this is too late for those who went to 2A Tuesday keep this option in mind for next time. Last time I went to Annapolis for gun hearings I parked at a hotel on West Street as I recall near the large cemetary. Parking at that time was only $5.00 and the shuttle bus route from their location to the hearings was free of charge. Not sure if it still is but worth checking.

The visitor's center usually has parking too. Reasonably priced from what I remember.

Or if you get there early enough there are free spaces with a 9 hour limit on both sides of King George Street, about a block from the state office complex, the other side of St. John's campus.
