I also have run about 75 of these. Most were run up on the hot side. 20.5gr of Lil-gun averaged 2000fps. But i don't like that powder. Ymmv. And lil-gun can vary enough to stick cases and blow primers, so use at your peril.

I’m using up the last of my Lil-Gun and liking H-110 for a lot of my reloading needs. I’ve read similar things with the lack of consistency with Lil Gun.

Has anyone found data about twist rate of the barrel and it's preferred bullet grain?

So far I have shot 145gr-180gr from a 1:16 twist from a 16" barrel. Trying to whittle down a hunting cartridge. Seems 145 target is the least accurate.
150-180 has been close to the same accuracy.

Use the Greenhill Formula (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_George_Greenhill#Greenhill_formula) and/or the Miller Twist Rule (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miller_twist_rule).

There are online calculators for these as well (makes life a lot easier).

The mold from accurate molds came in ... 4 weeks early. (36-245s) So, i put it to use! Poured up some 243grain bullets. The design is allowing them to be loaded to 2.24" OAL. And the smaller diameter nose means they are cycling flawlessly in my AR. I really didn't like loading the 200gr LEE bullets short to 2.00".

The goal is to make reliably cycling subsonic rounds and these are getting me close. Very close. I still haven't found the best powder, but 1680 is close.

12.5 gr to 14 gr with small rifle primers and magnum SRP were trialed. ALL were cycling and locking back, which is good. But... velocities are still not as stable as desired with the ball power.

Thinking VV N120 may be better?

Also notice every 350 legend rifle has 1:16 twist.

I built a 1:10 twist 350 legend AR pistol (which has been SBR'd) to shoot heavy/copper subs. I also got a second bcg with an adjustable gas key for supers but haven't tried any yet. So far I have only loaded the 250 gr Sub-x bullets.

    Little update.

Settled on 13.5 gr of 4198 powder cci mag rifle primers for the 245gr PC coated bullets i cast.

Shot 13 just now (gone thru 175 testing stuff). Speeds:
    992, 988, 966, 966, 1010, 975, 986 963, 931, 1015, 969, 949, 924.
    Avg 971 sd 27

I used a 14" long log as aim point. Look at the bottom edge ... that blue thing is a bullet . Nearly pristine. The crap lead i use must be pretty hard!
