I have a M11 pending that I submitted before Oct 1 and the check was also cashed before Oct 1. Also have a notorized bill of sale before Oct 1. Getting a little worried...

That is way way way messed up. Especially, the cryptic disapproval reason "Maryland State Law"... no it's NOT!!! It's even an RPB MAC, which was definitely made before 1985, so no handgun roster, not an Assault Pistol as those are all "... semiautomatic pistol", and not a "copycat weapon" as it again only applies to "a semiautomatic centerfire rifle". All of this AND you got MSP to sign off on it! Not to mention you submitted it before Oct 1st.
