    Like watching paint dry.

Load mags prior to making video.

    Where's the 300BLK love?

Yeah, fumbling through ammo cans and looking at the back of his shirt made an already long video even harder to watch. Cool mag though.

Well in his defense he is an engineer not a YouTube professional :D

And if you click the link 300BLK is another one of the rounds supported and can hold 30.

So what does this buy me? It looks like a standard AR mag.

So lets say I want to run a different caliber upper, on a standard AR lower, this mag would allow me to not have a dedicated mag for each caliber?

Assume then all of the these calibers do not require a modified lower.

I would say it helps economically so you are not having to buy proprietary AR mags for every niche caliber you own. Instead of for instance having a different mag for 6.8, 6.5, 7.62x39, and 5.56 instead of buying 4 different mags you can help to consolidate them with one mag. Each mag will also come with something to help identify which bullet is in each mag as well.

In those demonstration videos he only used one lower with a variety of uppers.
