    If they would happen to get the ban through, curious if an HBAR would be banned also? I understand it's an "assault weapon" as they call them, but it's not regulated. Being non regulated, it's more less considered a standard long rifle.

    Quad, that's just Maryland's retarded view of the gun. I'm not sure any other state distinguishes between an HBAR and a standard AR15 A3/A4 and the Feds certainly don't.

    Thanks. I was just wondering/thinking it might be a way to get to keep one if it came to the worst. If it would make me be able to keep it, I'd be sure to pick one up.
