Does anybody offer the service to turn my 223 brass into 300 blackout? I have the equipment I just don't have the time.

I have the cutoff tool and jig (all you need at that point is a FL die and a chamfer/deburr tool) but it's in MD and I'm in TX.

DA, you know it's open invite for you to hit up the house and use it if you need. Just replace the blade if it goes dull.....it's harbor freight so it probably will soon. ;)

When you come back, let me know and I'll drop by for a bit.

It's "on location" where it is being ran through the ringer. They have the brass situation under control.

So, are there any down falls of trimming 5.56 / .223 cases to load .300? Any issues?

Yes. Certian brands of brass are bad for the converting. Some years for some brands are bad for the conversion.

I'll make your life easy for brass. Lake City (LC) brass is the only one that I know of that you can convert every year to 300BLK. I have converted brass that is stamped from all the way back to 2001.

Take this guy with a grain of salt.

A forum dedicated to 300BLK has a list of good/bad brass for conversion.

Reloading for the 300BLK can be fun, if you think of it like you are reloading a straight walled pistol case. It is very easy to load for the 300BLK. I have loaded supers and subs, with no issues.

    What is your sub recipe?

I have loaded up some supers, but need to load up some subs.

But also need to install the 10.5" barrel.
