This whole "Zero Tolerance" BS got me thinking this weekend (I know, a rare occur acne and I needed an Advil afterwards). If legislators and education experts are so set on Zero Tolerance in the schools, why are they so adamant about NOT having Zero Tolerance in the law?

Del. Mike and others tried to limit the number of gun law charges being dropped during the 281 hearings, only to be told that the can't do that because courts need "flexibility."

So which is it, oh wise ones with the massive egos.... I mean intellect? Should we have "Zero Tolerance" or "Flexibility?"

I found him...looks like the kid learned it from this guy. Okay, let's suspend him.

Can't even say the word gun at my brother's son's school. You have to say, "blaster" or face suspension.

This sh*# needs to be taken up at the Supreme Court fast. It's getting out-of-hand.

No it doesn't. These have always been LOCAL issues, Public outrage can do much more, much faster than getting an arm of the federal government involved. This is an issue the citizenry can deal with themselves on a local level IF they feel strongly about it and are willing to do the work.

Do you really feel it's best to want help from the government or have the people help themselves first? Especially with local problems....

Good, we don't want our kids to get into their heads that they can use archery skills. Last thing we need is some Hunger Games style uprising where a bunch of 17 year olds start taking people out while having weird and confusing love triangles.

So when the kids decide to discuss China's recent lunar program, and one of them uses his finger to gesture the flight path, he will be suspended and prosecuted under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons? He demonstrated a missile (we all know that "rockets" are really military delivery devices in the guize of research projects.) That finger-missile could have been equipped with imaginary MIRV payloads.

Damn, my kids and I toss Dragon-Ball-Z-style energy blasts at each other all the time. School administrators should focus on *actual* infractions, like fist-to-face contact.

I couldn't tell from the article but does anyone know if the imaginary arrow one of those super-dangerous "assault" arrows?

His problems are just beginning. With a name like that, he'll never pass a NICS check.
