I'm posting what Engage told me.

Did you see Atlanta listed on the BATF link I posted?

I didn't.

Perhaps the form is not updated. Engage said mine was sent to Martinsburg, as all of theirs go there.

I thought the FFL licensing paperwork was mailed to Needy Road. I remember a 2008 Form 4 going to Chicago, but none of my Form 4's were sent to Needy Rd. Not that I have that many.

I haven't completed a form 4 myself yet but this is interesting. Even the updated form 4 on the ATF website (updated 03/2006) has the Atlanta address on it.

I called Martinsburg. Jim is correct. Form 4's got to Atlanta. Everything else goes to Martinsburg. Bad info. sorry

I just did a quick search and AR15.com has the address changing from Chicago to Atlanta happening in 2006. No mention of Martinsburg at all.

If Engage is sending Form 4 applications to Needy Road, they are completely wrong and are fouling up many Class III purchasers.

Might want to check with them again!

We send our Form 4s to Atlanta. If you're doing a form 1 you can send it to Needy Road.

You can send it to either location, I was told that it is quicker to send to Martinsburg WV. I think I heard that the money goes to ATL and the remainder of the paperwork needs to go to Martinsburg WV.
