Jeff lived to know only of the favorable District Court ruling in our case handed down on April 22, 2021, but passed away from cancer 2 weeks later, as Maryland rushed to the Fourth Circuit to appeal the ruling.
If you are new to MDS, my late brother Jeff was memorialized after his passing by his many friends and supporters from Patriot Picket and MDS here who loved and admired him.
This is the thread for the memorial service we held for him in May 2021, one week later, in front of the Statehouse: “On the Bricks” where we were arrested in 2018.
