    hey everyone my name is scott i am 18 and i live in baltimore county. im a newb in the gun world and looking to start with an AR15. Im on a lot of jeep forums so if anyone else is hit me up! If you have any recommendations for local gunshops that would be sweet! im looking to buy a built lower and order an HBAR upper online or a complete rifle since i dont know much.
    if anyone has suggestions please tell me.

    At 18 you probably wont be allowed to buy just a lower as it's usually considered regulated.

    You can however buy a complete Hbar AR-15.

    What he said^. Under 21 cannot have AR15 lowers. They are regulated like a handgun. You can only buy a complete HBAR.
