Looking to make some purchases relatively quickly, and found this HUGE website.

A bit about me: Prior service Army, and currently deployed to Afghanistan as a Federal Employee. I work on APG in Aberdeen. Love guns like I love my freedom. Currently looking into procedures for purchasing while out of country. I have a friend that works at a rather large range (targetmaster in PA) and he's agreed to hold items for me, but he's been really busy and hasn't been able to help me locate much of anything. With all the hooplah in recent months, finding even stripped uppers or lowers (AR variant) have been damn near impossible for me.

Anyhow, thought I'd say "Hey!" and if you have any suggestions for storefronts or whatnot, let me know. Currently looking for a 14.5" middy and will BPW to keep it legit, and a stripped lower (prefer NON Colt/FN).

Thanks again everyone. Sent an e-mail to Gun Connection in White Marsh, hoping they can accommodate my request for finishing a lower receiver for me. Purchased an 80% lower, the trigger group, and other hardware in the last couple of weeks.

Also looking for some Springfield sidearms and a shotgun. So excited to get home and play with new toys! Only downside is that I'm still waiting on a response for my ARAK-21 upper receiver.

Hello - from Harford County here too. Recommend Thunderstick in Delta for transfers and have a good inventory of HG's and use a Darlington FFL for MD folks. Also recommend Gun Connection. Have used both on multiple occasions with no issues.

Spingfields - thuderstick had some 1911's in stock when I was there last. Continental Arms in Timonium had XD's in stock. Continental is also a place I do business, they have recently had a great inventory of Sigs, Glocks and Rugers. Plus if you buy there and have to wait you can get visitation rights as they have a range.
