I've got a 4x fixed power Nikon Prostaff and it's awesome. Not a single complaint here.

Nikon rimfire 2-9 EFR. $179 at Optics Planet. Gon on site, put one in your cart then don't do anymore for a few days and they'll send you a code for $15 off what is in your cart. Still getting the same email a month later as I never completed my order. Got a Leupold EFR but the Nikon is a darn nice scope. The objective is just too large for the bolt throw on my CZ w/o going to higher rings.

I have beenusing Nikon Rimfire scope's at Nikon sponsored shooting event's for the last 5 years. Believe me, they are a big hit on 10/22's. Fantastic accuracy and huge fun as well. If I'm shooting multiple target's at different ranges I opt for the PROSTAFF 3-9 BDC150. The BDC really does work if you can enter all your date correctly. Knowing MV and scope height mid bore to mid scope will only help your accuracy.
I do like the PROSTAFF 3-9 EFR which lets you dial down the parallax for close in target shooting. Defintely one of my favorite scopes.

What rings are you using along with height and is that the Ruger factory rail or by another manufacturer?
