No, you really don’t seem all that willing. You seem a bit cocksure.

That thing's a mess. This one is much better:

Other than the M4 handguards, it's how it left the factory.
That's pretty sweet.
I love my Stag Model 4. I think the new version has a different barrel twist.
Colt, FN or a Rock River.
My first was a Windham. Great rifle, but not everything is milspec on it. My next will probably be a Colt, or possibly a LWRC.
I have two Colts. They will cost you are bit more if you are buying new however, my AR15 and AR10 are both excellent.
Colt. Ever wonder why the AR15 HBAR is exempted? Ever wonder why you have to check so many different specs to find out what will fit specific models? Not all Colts are mil spec. Different size trigger pins, different upper retainer pin/opposing screws, blocks inside certain lowers? The list goes on but, the OP made his purchase so the points are mute. OP, enjoy your new rifle!
The same thing I buy now every time I have an extra thousand, Colt (although I snuck in an FN at the top because....why not?):
Did not know they were MD legal.
Hard to argue with this the Windham Weaponry for $619. Used to be bushmaster, they kept all the machinery and simply rebadged.

One thing I love about the ARs is the versatility and flexibility. I have 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel, .22lr uppers for mine. Looking to get a 9mm upper eventually. One "firearm", but many choices. Should we have another run on ammo, like in 2012-2013, it is a good thing to have options. In that period, 7.62x39 was much easier to find.
