My grandfather flew 80 combat missions as a P-61 black widow pilot throughout WII and then was a career officer. I could absolutely see him bringing back something like this.       We were just cleaning out my grandfathers coin safe and found this little automatic. It’s looks a lot like a Beretta M1934 but I cannot find any significant markings on it other then the serial number. Maybe a clone or knockoff? Any help is appreciated

      I just ordered one from Code Red firearms for $150, they are running a 6-8 week lead time but are still taking orders. Had to do a little background digging as I had never heard of them but from what I found people who had ordered and received them were pretty happy with them.

      On another note, anyone have thoughts on what a good age is to give them their own first gun?

      I havent yet but I certainly will. Think it is a great idea, gets the kids investing in caring and being responsible for something of their own. My dad gave me my first shotgun at 10 and I plan on buying my daughter a bolt action .22 for her 7th or 8th birthday.
