      There has been talk around here that Frank no longer does transfers. That is not the case. He is located in Poolesville but you can also do the paperwork at his Rockville location. Regulated: $40 + $10 fee Non-regulated: $25 (Not sure if there is an MSP fee for non-regulated) His information...
