Sorry to bring back an old thread but I am curious on the answer to this as well.
I was told by transferring FFL that it was marked as "Assault Weapon" on 4473, then on 77R it is marked as "X".
Then I was told by another FFL that what is on the 4473 does not matter as it was a virgin...

Story I read stated that the hiring process for 66 more individuals was starting on July 1st.
Who really knows when they will actually start doing something.

There has been talk around here that Frank no longer does transfers. That is not the case.
He is located in Poolesville but you can also do the paperwork at his Rockville location.
Regulated: $40 + $10 fee
Non-regulated: $25 (Not sure if there is an MSP fee for non-regulated)

Andy - may want to clarify in original post that pre orders are open until March 1st, not April 1st (post states both).
Also, $100 + $225? Or a total cost of $225 + fees?
