      Sadly DNR and US Park Police will tell you to be careful in parks eslpecially along the river where I fish (Potomac) due to lots of illegal activity. So let me carry there for SD.

      New VA Bill: Carry banned anywhere that serves alcohol

      This is correct. I thought it was crazy that the state would not let me take my family out for the day and then stop at a Restaurant for dinner on the way home without exposing my weapon (OC) being mandated by law before going in. I doubt this will get any traction.

      Va. And NC both had laws years ago prohibiting carry into a restaurant , etc. where Alcohol was sold. They both dropped this silly idea. I’m guessing the amount of business loss will not sway business owners at all?

      Blaster is correct. In many states the “no gun” signs do not have force of law , be aware that in some states they do.

      I’ve seen estimates as high as 35 million existed legally with the ATF’s continued blessing until last week. Should be interesting and a very long term process to retrieve them all.

      As a WV resident there is no problem getting a W&C permit in Md. if you follow the same procedure as a Md. resident. They do not differentiate.
