      I have a friend that was convicted of a felony and is currently serving his time. He wants to transfer his pistol in to his wife's name, How can he do this with out confiscation?

      so If you put in Papers at a dealer that is not releasing after the 8th day, and 30 days after that you put in papers at a dealer that is releasing after 8 days and pick said pistol on the 8th day. you would still have to wait 30days to pick up your first pistol is this right?
