      Mental Health Inspections to be required in Maryland.....

      Was it here that I read a recommendation to purchase the firearm on a Friday and fax a cancellation of the records release on Saturday or Monday morning? That way the purchase goes ahead but it reduces the chances for identity and records misuse? Doesn anybody remember that?
