For IPhone with SIM card, you may insert the card to another smartphone. With that, you can find a number, call it, and leave a voicemail. There is a chance that phonebook is stored in the SIM card, or had been transferred from another phone through the SIM.
I heard that recording voice on camera may be a problem even in public areas.

Voice recording. In [..] Maryland, [..] the consent of all parties of the conversation must be obtained in order to record a conversation

I believe that this gun in not in the October list. It is not coming with 10+ round magazine. It should be OK for Maryland. Is this correct?
As I understand, If
- I arrange a sale, and even pay for a gun, which somebody else (e.g. "uncle") is going to own
- that "somebody else" (i.e. the uncle) has an HQL, and fills all needed forms for transfer with FFL dealer,
then it is fine.
In other words, one can buy a gun for his uncle...
If a Circle 10 is manufactured in 1995 or later, it is not legal in MD. If it is manufactured in 1994, or before, it is legal. The year is marked in first digits of serial number. "25" is 1995, "24" is 1994, etc. Look at makarov.com for more on the numbers.
Bulgarian Arsenal is commercial, while the military one is surplus item. The commercial has "Arsenal" mark. Military one is marked with double-circled number "10". They are produced at the same factory. All the rest, except marks, is the same.
Military surplus gun can not be in MD Roster...
Unlike Soviet or German Makarov, the Bulgarian is not C&R. As I understand, military Bulgarian (with circled 10 mark) is prohibited in MD if it is produced in 1995 (SN starts from 25) or after that. Bulgarian Arsenal Makarov in the Roster though.
Needless to say that all parts are...
I see that mdshooters.com is hosted outside MD, in MO. It well may be that offering 20+/10+ mags at the site does/will not conflict with MD law, as MD law is not applicable for non-MD sites.
I understand the code below as it is OK to have a cased firearm in a trunk with ammo separated from the firearm while traveling non-stop from MD to Reagan through GW parkway, which goes through DC.
IANAL

The text looks like "ШИШКИН И.". This is "SHISHKIN I." in English
No idea what does this mean. Google finds wiki article:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Shishkin ,
though it has no relation to firearms.
Siding at the right side of the picture, is common in the US. Quick googleimage search gives no pictures from Syria with the siding. All houses, which I can see from the search, have brick, stone or clay-covered walls.
