      Question regarding selling C&R eligible guns

      I have a question regarding selling C&R guns registered with the MD police. I do have a FFL03, my question is can I sell these registered guns using my FFL03 to other FFL03 holders (out of state, I'm aware of the in state MD rules) or do they have to go to a FFL01 like regular guns? Thanks, E
