I threw a cheap scope onto an old .22 and went to the range. Two hours felw by. Now I understand why so many of you guys spend so much time...and money...punching holes in paper at long distances.
I love my pistols, but this was a completely different ballgame. Slow, precise, relaxing...

So I am awaiting my C&R and am doing research. I want a "historical" pistol, something around 9mm, that will be a range gun. Cheap to shoot, a piece of history, and very functional. Under $400 preferably. The P38 speaks to me with its' design...must be all those old spy/war movies.

Is it possible that a pistol will shoot/aim differently as it breaks in?
We have put 250 rounds through the HiPoint .380 (ZERO malfuntions BTW, knock wood) including the one hundred today. Today at the range, it was shooting low and left. We are talking 6" at 10 yards, two different brands...
