      Surf fishing-- worthwhile?

      Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can surf fish in OC between 8am-6pm (or whenever time the lifeguards come in and leaves)...you can't even drive OC surf without a "special event" permit (OC surf fishing tourney in Oct). You can fish the jetty at the OC inlet or the pier just inside...

      Many I envy you, been looking into some property in VA myself.. But when tax season come, you may feel some pain because the timing of your "change of address"..my buddy moved from MD to VA in June in 2009 and ended up having to pay both states income taxes as he was a resident of each state...

      If the EVA grips looks a bit dated from age/use, just take one of those sponges w/ scouring pad or even sandpaper and rub it under running and viola..looks good as new..:D

      Question (stupid as it might seem): How often does the state police get involved with domestic violence or any violent crimes unless there is a car chase involved on a highway..I've been on "ride-alongs" where "County and/or City Police" was called to handle the situation, even other "crimes"...
