      Going to the range in MD

      In Oct, I moved to VA. Got an acquaintance who wants to go to a range in MD. My understanding is that Maryland law on transporting requires one to go directly to the range and then home. Is that still correct? Thanks, David

      Shipikng a pistol for waranty service

      Earlier this week, my FNS-9's front sight dot was ejected under recoil. I called FN and found out that all I need to do is take it to a UPS Depot (boxed up) and have UPS ship it to FNH. Do I need to do anything specific because of Maryland Law?

      Out of state dealers and sales into MD.

      I have had two instances where out of state dealers, not knowing MD laws needed to be contacted. In one case, the seller agreed that it was still OK to ship magazines to Maryland.       Getting a gun onto the handgun roster?

      I saw a few reviews of the Lionheart LH9 (http://www.lionheartindustries.com/mk2/). It looks like a great gun but it does not appear on the MSP Handgun Roster. I emailed Lionheart and they say that they are working on getting it on the Roster. How long does this process take? Thanks,
