You pick a target frame and just set up your target. You can also put clays on the berm and shoot those but you can't just go without anything and shoot random targets.
They were selling them as "paperweights" to get around Amazons firearm ban. They really emphasized that it was not a complete firearm and only functions as a paperweight in the descriptions. Made no mention of being able to complete it as a 100% lower receiver.

I don't understand any of this. From what I've read it doesn't actually have anything to do with firing a warning shot. People are just calling it "the warning shot bill".
Thank for the help. I think i'll be picking up the Remington 700 and start from there. I was also thinking a AR-10 but heard those are more expensive to start and to upgrade for what I would get from a rem 700 with a high quality optics.
