      Hard to understand how they can stop SB1 when this 100 yard MoCo rule makes that look like a small foul... really shows how much this judge is trying to legislate from the bench IMHO. Edit... I mean I fully understand SB1, I just can't understand how they can ignore the MoCo problem!

      This is really the problem of gerrymandering. These type of laws/behaviors are the results of these one sided equations. Both sides do it. I really believe that would solve so many problems...

      You heard them, they still think its up in the air and that they still might win... based on some of the rulings or lack there of I can see why they have hope. Supreme Court is going to have to lay down some smack, but I have no idea how long that will take. :(

      I think so. I'm sure you could pull a good example, but then maybe the judge/process could go through something that said, yeah this should be implemented immediately instead of the opposite.

      Thanks, but that is so sad. Really believe that we need to reverse the trend and put laws on pause until they can go through the process instead of letting them proceed until they go through the process. To0 many radical laws being passed that take years to reverse...

      I'm a little confused about this whole thing especially w/ the MD stuff sprinkled in, can someone clarify if this makes sense (at least legally). - I can replace my 11" 300BLK upper on my AR-15 Pistol w/ brace with another upper that is longer than 16" (gun is also longer than 29" that way)...
