      replacement lower & serial numbers after october 1st

      Question, if I somehow screwed up one of my lowers after October 1st, is there a company that would make me a new one and transfer the serial number from the damaged lower to the newly manufacture lower and destroy the damaged one? I have NOT screwed up any of my lowers but I was just curious...
