      But the firearm (per OP) was already made, now with a State mandated number (assuming he gets one). So they (the State) themselves assign the birthday? So all completed pre 2013 80's that are now recently serialized now have become post 2013 firearms?

      Something tells me it will be enbanc pre convened. The question is will Maryland be free or this is a setup to SCOTUS for the rest of the Country. Decisions, decisions....

      I am afraid they need to stay (the lowers) out of Maryland. They are past the window that we had to serialize them. AFAIK, you cannot have a homebuilt without a serial number in Maryland at this time.

      Completely agree, having en banc saves a lot of time. SCOTUS knows it is going do be their decision at some point. But they are big fans of tradition. They have to wait until the full circuit weighs in. Then there could be no questions.

      En banc will be denied. The case was remanded from SCOTUS for a reason. Besides Saint Benitez may do the dirty work any way, with the 9th not taking it. Newsom admitted to as such. My only question is about the other goodies. Specifically if “common use” is to AR specifically or to...

      Day 60 since the orals... Oral Argument Just listened again, and I am optimistic. They will strike it down....the question is what will happen to everything not AR specifically.

      New Jersey has slapped "sensitive places." Judge Bumb Decision in Siegel v Platkin So this begs the question....what are they doing?? Legal opinion already exists.
