That means they've still made a choice...They've decided not to decide. . . .

I see what you did there…Geddy Lee chortles.
The good decisions were coming from District courts. The roadblocks are where they've been since Heller, at the CA level. Bruen wasn't remanded to District, it's stuck at 4CA. Although 4CA may remand it to District for additional hearings to punt it off their plate and avoid making a decision they know they have to in order to avoid SCOTUS smackdown, but absolutely don't want to.For awhile it seemed like good decisions were popping up all over the place. Then they seemed to stop. And we never got our turn. Grrrrr.....
Bruen was 6-3. They'd need to wait long enough to replace 2 of the 6. If the GOP can nominate an electable candidate in 2024, that won't happen any time soon.So the plan is to drag their heels until Thomas is gone?

Hmm I think for the SC to exercise original jurisdiction they still have to be petitioned. I don't think they can just reach in and grab a case they wantCould Thomas pull the case back and decide for the 4C?
First time?Still nothing. Is it me or are the 2A cases always the last to be decided?
2 more weeks.Folks, month #4, how long does this take? Doesn't the 4th have a deadline for decisions?
Got to flatten the curve.2 more weeks.
