      if we had carry laws like that of PA for instance but with the 10/20 law like FL, you wouldn't have to brandish a firearm at everything.       It wasn't held as evidence. Safekeeping was the wordage used.

      as far as an inventory receipt? NO. Only the guns serial number placed on original report with the wordage being held for safekeeping only and the officers word we could have it back a month after the case was over.
