Folding brace on AR pistol. Flash hider OK?
Ive also been curious about this myself. I end up always putting surefire comps on all my ARs pistol or rifle. If I'm in indoors i keep a warden on it and have my ear pro next it anyways. Even though its loud and the concussion is pretty noticeable for me it outweighs the benefits of a flash... -

Purchases You Have Regretted
I have a bunch of them but in the past couple of years the only ones I really regret purchasing are a springfield xds9 as well as a block 42. Nothing wrong with the 42 but serves no purpose for me and bought it about a week before the block 43 was finally released.- jking22sf

Thoughts on AR for Home Defense
I would take one of my ARs for home defense over anything else I have including various pistols and shotguns. There's pros and cons for every weapon that you would choose. I believe one of the most important factors is what are you the most familiar with and have the most training on. And also... -

I carried AIWB today. My thoughts.

Of the drawer full of holsters I have. What works for me the best so far is from Raven concealment. For OTW I use their phantom and can cover a 17 with a light jacket no problem and then for IWB I use their eidolon -

Appendix Carry Holster -- Glock 19
Raven concealment eidolon for my glock 17, 19, and 26. For my glock 43 a trex arms raptor. I wear them every day for hours and these are the best I've found for me by far -

$100 AR optic?
For a cheap red dot I'd go with a primary arms micro dot. I have three PA micro dots and none of them have failed me ever. I also have a bushnell Trs-25 and between the two I'd go PA for sure. Never had a problem with the trs but I feel the glass is clearer and dot is more crisp on the PA. -
