      .22 AR and HBAR questions

Okay, that's very useful to know. I wasn't sure if MDSP would crucify me for simply owning non-HBAR parts or not. Thank you for the information!

      .22 AR and HBAR questions

Thank you for the clarification! I'm glad I'll be able to keep my AR, so long as I follow the aforementioned dumb laws.

      .22 AR and HBAR questions

Hello all, I had an idea and was wondering if anyone has done it or knew if it was legal or not. I don't live in Maryland yet and am trying to figure out if I have to sell my AR15 with a normal barrel. If I bring my AR15 with the .22 CMMG bolt in it, and never install the .223/5.56 bolt until I...

      Moving to Maryland

Great, good to hear! While it is unfortunate that we have to register our firearms, I'd rather not go to prison at this time.

      Moving to Maryland

I see a lot of comments about living in PA or WV, within commute distance of Hagerstown. I signed for a rental for a year at a place in Hagerstown, so I'm locked in for at least a year. Luckily, no property taxes, though I'm sure that's built into the rental price to a point. After a house...

      Moving to Maryland

The avoiding taxes part certainly makes sense. Before taking the job in Maryland, I made sure to calculate state taxes to compare cost of living. I wonder if the added commute is worth it. Unless you work from home. Where would you like to move, when you do?

      Moving to Maryland

I'm sure you have plenty of stories to tell, and an interesting perspective. Why do you think they're moving from Montgomery to Frederick?

      Moving to Maryland

That's a sentiment I've seen a lot. I took this job as my first job out-of-college, so I'm going to be here for at least two years. After that, we'll see how I'm feeling. I'm definitely used to the snow, coming from Ohio.

      Moving to Maryland

Already signed a lease in Hagerstown, but I definitely considered it.

      Moving to Maryland

Hello friends! I'm moving to Hagerstown, Maryland from Ohio in May. I'm intending to bring a Sig Sauer P365XL, FN FNS-9, and a Springfield XDS-9. It is my understanding that any guns brought into the state must be registered with MDSP within 90 days of establishing residency, including these...
