The avoiding taxes part certainly makes sense. Before taking the job in Maryland, I made sure to calculate state taxes to compare cost of living. I wonder if the added commute is worth it. Unless you work from home. Where would you like to move, when you do?
That's a sentiment I've seen a lot. I took this job as my first job out-of-college, so I'm going to be here for at least two years. After that, we'll see how I'm feeling. I'm definitely used to the snow, coming from Ohio.
