When I read dress pants, all I see is that your belt sucks and you need a decent one. Not sure how "dressy" your dress pants are.
Galco makes a nice contour belt. It's curved so that the rear of the belt doesn't get compressed/warped by the rear curve/belt loops. Also, you need something a little thicker than a typical wal mart pleather belt, so the holster clip can have a good purchase on the belt. If you want a traditional holed belt.

Aside from that, the dress belt version from Nexbelt or Kore will fit the bill just fine.

Fan of the Kore belts here- the leather dress versions I have worn carrying or not with business casual for 2 years now, they are the best and most comfortable belts I’ve ever worn.

props to you for carrying a full size. I love my A1 but its a bbq or owb gun with a coat.
Not a full size. It's a sawed-off CZ Rami, even smaller than the compact CZ P 01.
The pic is off Larsen's website.

    Mine looks like this:

Had to google that model. 9 or 40? looks good
9mm. Comes with 10 & 14 rd mags; the 14s have an extension that makes the grip the same size as my P01. I really like CZ ergonomics, and de-cocker on a hammer gun is superior, in my mind, to a safety. They carry at half-cock, the initial trigger pull is heavier than SA but stiff enough that a manual safety is superfluous.

It's bigger than the SIG micros, and heavier. I've been wearing mine all day every day since I got my permit, and it's noticeable, but tolerable. If it wasn't for being in MoCo, I'd carry in a pancake holster, - and maybe carry the P01 - but discreet concealment is the order of the day. So it's 10+1, IWB.

Bob I like how the belt clip is located on holster where it allows a lesser a profile compared to some holsters that have belt clip fastened in line with barrels profile making holster profile thicker creating more of a bulge under carry garment.
reason I noticed my crossbreed super tuck prints less with a g26 then my inexpensive Kytex holster hides my thin LC9.
learned belt clip placement is key not only to concealment but comfort. Pulls pistol closer to your body.
Your picture is great illustration of belt clip placement on a holster.

if you have a holster that has a replaceable clip you can use this:

i haven't tried it because i am concerned that a shirt tucked over a firearm without a cover garment would print. Also I am unable to carry at work so i have no present need to tuck in my shirt while carrying.

Ended up with a vetter holster rapid tuck with J clip.
metal clip goes on belt like typical iwb holster but J clip allows outside shirt to be clipped to it thus hiding holster firearm.
black click belt and black J clip make it un noticable

An Allen Belly Band worn high over an undershirt. T in winter, A in summer.

If you have a little tummy, it will stay up there all day. :innocent0

    1. I can use the public crapper without taking it off.

    2. Conceals under long/short sleeve button down, jacket NOT required.

    3. Comfort. I can walk, drive, sit, it’s always in the same place.

    4. Really hard to shoot your dick off.

    Or a real 5.11 holster undershirt. ;)

F@#$ that 5.11 undershirt. I tried it on last week and got stuck in it. I was very very close to using my trauma shears to cut my way out of that elastic monstrosity.

Yeah, it’s the belly band (low chest band?) for me!

Have it on now actually…. And very economical.

I have one of these in tan also. (In case the black shows thru a light madras button down)

****Wow, that is remarkably inexpensive compared to some of the belly bands I use. Mine are from UnderTech and fit me really well, wick moisture and do a decent job with retention of my carry gun even if I am running like a frightened schoolgirl, dancing the Macarena, or driving/sitting, etc.. It has a retention strap that I rarely use, but is there in case I feel I need it - it is quite snug even without it.

Since I am only huge from the waist down I have to be a bit more careful with cover garments and like to wear something with a print on it so I don't print - especially in the Summer where I don't like wearing a sport coat, etc.. Some pics below of my setup with my G43X and Holosun 507k red dot. I have pancake style holsters and other types (IWB, OWB, etc..) but my body type just does not lend itself to a tucked in shirt without printing. The belly band works well for me, and I can draw standing, seated, driving, etc..

I use a shoulder rig setup as well, usually skin tight concealment clothing style with a built in holster/mag pouches and have different colors, styles, etc.. depending upon what I am doing or where I am going. I have an athletic angular build so my options are a bit limited versus those with a different shape (round is a shape..) and the setup also pictured below works well for me, especially if I have to drive or walk a bit - the belly band or IWB style makes me alter my gait and I do notice it when driving certain cars, especially sports cars with super narrow seats and bolsters, etc..

I can draw and shoot quite quickly with the shoulder setup. I would wear a sport coat or other type of concealment over the undershirt. I live in MoCo and concealed means concealed here - people are very anti-gun here and I've never been called out while carrying including by police, and even my fellow W&C instructors, fellow RSO's, etc... who are very cognizant of spotting CCW people just because we like seeing what works vs not for people of different sizes and shapes, etc...

Anyway, different strokes different folks and all that...

I’ll second the comments on Vedder Light Tuck with the claw, the only holster system I use anymore. They have two different clip lengths that can provide a variety of ride depths, they also have the best adjustable cant of any IWB I’ve used and I’ve tried a large number of the available options. The metal clip is on the outside of the belt but with black clip on black belt it’s not obvious.

Price is nice, but it looks like it's just a pouch for the gun. I'm leaning towards the ones that have kydex. The first one I might try is what I call a hybrid band/belt. Has a webbed belt and you bring your own holster. It has a band to hold it all on. https://clipandcarry.us/strapt-tac-belly-band-holster-kydex-iwb-holster-not-included/

    Otherwise I'll try https://aliengearholsters.com/alien-gear-low-pro-belly-band-holster.html

My fat ass lives in sweats in the winter and athletic shorts in the summer.
